Clinic Manager
I have over 6 years of experience in health tourism, specializing in managing international patients from the UK and European markets. I oversee the entire patient journey, from the initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth, well-organized, and professional experience.
I focus on effective communication, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency, while coordinating clinic processes and supporting the team to maintain high standards of service. My goal is to create a reliable and comfortable experience for every patient while contributing to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management from Gümüşhane University, where I completed my thesis on Digital (Paperless) Hospitals and the Role of Information Technologies in Healthcare Systems. I have also completed certifications in entrepreneurship, occupational health and safety, risk and crisis management, and patient rights and ethics.
I am experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and SPSS, as well as patient management systems and digital scheduling tools to improve workflow and enhance efficiency within the clinic.
